Provincial Traffic Ticket Payment System Resolve traffic tickets online — from anywhere, on your own time.

Getting a traffic ticket used to mean figuring out your options, then working through phone calls, mail, and in-person visits to do something about it. The Alberta Traffic Tickets Digital Service puts that whole process in one place, online.

Search for your ticket by number or name, then choose the path that fits your situation: pay the fine, request more time to pay, review the ticket, or request a trial date. It's designed to be straightforward — clear options, no jargon, and no need to know how the system works before you can use it.

The service is built for real situations, not just the simple ones. It handles the edge cases people actually hit — like what to do with a municipal bylaw ticket, or when a ticket was issued to a company or a minor — so you're never left guessing which door to knock on.

The result: one less thing that requires a phone call or a trip downtown. Resolve your ticket when it works for you.

How to start

Bring the ugly version. A deadline you don't believe, an app that demos well and converts badly, a service generating more complaints than applications, a program everyone agrees needs redesign, and nobody can picture. The first conversation costs nothing and often ends with a useful answer either way.
