Provincial Services Tenant Management System for Government of Alberta The Alberta Digital Service Platform (ADSP)

ADSP is a secure, in-house cloud platform that helps government teams build digital services faster — without reinventing the wheel every time.

Instead of each team starting from scratch, ADSP gives them the building blocks most services need right out of the box: secure sign-in, file uploads, notifications, forms, task management, and a library of reusable interface components. Teams plug in what they need, add their own product on top, and ship — while Albertans get services that look and feel consistent, work reliably, and keep their data safe.

It's designed for the people building public services as much as the people using them. For teams, that means less setup, clearer code examples, and sandbox environments to test in before going live. For Albertans, it means digital services that are simpler to use, consistent across government, and faster to deliver.

Real services are already running on it — with dozens of teams using the platform to serve people across the province today.

How to start

Bring the ugly version. A deadline you don't believe, an app that demos well and converts badly, a service generating more complaints than applications, a program everyone agrees needs redesign, and nobody can picture. The first conversation costs nothing and often ends with a useful answer either way.
