CVOR and Towing & Vehicle Storage Certification Applications
Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) is Ontario's system for monitoring the safety performance of companies that operate commercial vehicles, such as trucks and buses. The CVOR application helps businesses apply for and manage their registration, which is required to operate certain commercial vehicles in the province. It also allows the Ministry of Transportation to track safety records, encourage safe driving practices, and help keep Ontario's roads safer for everyone.
Towing and Vehicle Storage Certification is a program that helps regulate towing and vehicle storage businesses in Ontario. Through the application process, tow truck operators, tow truck drivers, and vehicle storage operators can apply for and maintain the certificates needed to legally provide their services. This helps ensure that businesses meet provincial requirements and operate in a fair, safe, and professional manner.
Together, these digital services make it easier for businesses to interact with the Ontario government online. Instead of relying on paper forms and manual processes, applicants can submit information, track the status of their applications, and manage their certifications through a secure online system. By simplifying these processes, the applications improve customer service, support road safety, and increase transparency and accountability across Ontario's commercial transportation and towing industries.
